Hey guys! Any kind of cool performance mods I can do to the 420a to squeeze a little more quickness out of it? Lets not get into the turbo talk please. Just other stuff to get this car quicker?

well exhaust like the down pipe and cat back.
bigger fuel injectors.
bigger throttle body.and that means bigger fuel pump and fuel rail.
port and polish the head with a 3 angel valve job.
change the cams.
get a better ignition system.
change the exhaust manifold.

Concept Illusons has a real nice turbo kit for 420a's. Dont know the price off hand but i think its listed on the website.

Search around this site as well. There's a couple of folks who supercharged their 420A DSM's.

actually, sry didnt really read ur post and kinda skimmed over the No Turbo part but actually if you wanna make it go fast w/ out FI, get a stroker kit w/everything balanced, get 12.5 or 13:1 pistons, head work, exaust, intake, ignition/chip, and a whole lotta race gas. That should yeild around 200whp if not more. And maybe some nos.
