pep boys/ advanced auto scan tool?

Has anyone ever used one of these, they are pretty pricey, 200 for the super scan toolm shows vehicle data and code reader, or the pocket code reader or the regular scan tool code reader, they super scanner is 200 the regular scanner is 99 and the pocket is 60 but it only shows codes, it doesnt show like the names, u have to look those up, NE way im was just wondering if anyone has used one of these, thanks.

Would be way better to just use a logger for this..... No need to spend money on a device that only reads codes, when you can do the same thing with any datalogger (and can clear them, too)...

For half the cost if you go used, and 3x the functionality. Don't buy it

This scan tool clears codes also, it also has vehicle data, like realtime, it shows coolant temps and o2 sensor readings and stuff like that.

The normal logger programs do the same things and more. Displaying data is only half the battle, you also need to record the data for later review. There is no way that you will be able to get an accurate WOT tune by trying to look at the data while doing 90mph.
