1G PCV System Question

I use a smalll vent in the balance shaft inspection hole, I think it's 5/16" it pushes out a ton of oil.

I plan on building a motor soon and I won't be doing it. I'm going to do the tried and true 2 lines out of the VC and I might do a 3rd that is a bigger version of the stock PCV.

That port is awfully low in the block and IIRC, there isn't really anything to keep all that oil sloshing around from going into that port. I have seen on occasion where that port was used as a drain back for what was in the catch can but I personally wouldn't want to drain all that garbage back into my oil.
 
I just set up my block so it would go from the balance shaft hole has a fitting and a line would be routed up to a oil catch can... So bad idea?
 
Well thats good to know now I suppose. Now, is there any other good locations where I can for a single 12an line?
