Picked up another DSM with ECMLINK and turned the fans to always on, well they never came on.
Short story the spal fans were wired wrong making a dead short and blowing the 20A fuse. Took me 6 fuses to figure this out, but now the AC fan comes on with key, the passenger does not come on at all.
Pretty sure the relays are turning on as when i pull and place i feel the click, and swapped them with the working fan so they are good.
Reading no voltage from the plug as well but the harness seems untouched.
Question is, with fans always on in ECMLink, it should not care what the coolant temp is for the passenger side, correct?
