Ok so I just finshed cleaning up the block and painting it, it had a 1200' primer on it then a 500 degrees high gloss black and now a little bit of gloss blue with metal specks to set it off with all my other polished stuff and blue stuff. That all looks great but now I have this head that loos terrible with the block. someone suggest that i paint it but i was not to sure that was a good idea and if you even can. any advice on any f this would be greatly appreciated.

DO NOT powdercoat your head. It's a bad idea. It will be insanely hard to do it correctly and no matter what temp rated powder you find, it WILL come off eventually or it will change colors to something nasty. I've been doing industrial+hobbiest powdercoating (aka, my j-o-b) for the past 2 years and I've seen it all. Clean it and polish it if you want a show finish. Or just clean it, bare clean aluminum looks good.
