Painting callipers( got bored)

eh.. who cares about the lines or the pads.

a big brake kit is being put on soon with SS lines.

i painted mine red (to match car) with some 1200 degree ceramic paint from vatozone, lookes great, but i took them off t paint them, didnt want to do a hack job.

Not hate, criticism which they ASKED for. Too many people on this board have champagne dreams on a Schlitz budget. Combine that with the fact that they wouldn't know good, tasteful appearance mod if it struck them in the gluteus maximus, and you have a recipe for a rice nightmare.

thats a good one, its true though. An AWD Dsm is a poor man's Skyline, and a FWD DSM is a poor man's Supra.. not to say thats a bad thing, but hell.. if we all shat the green.. we wouldent be driving DSMs would we? I for one would have a Supercharged NSX.

brake pads can strip rust off rotors with no problem at all
you think they cant cut through some paint?

when i painted my caliper/rusty hub i had overspray all over the rotor, and it was all gone from a 5 minute drive

yeah but for me it sticks out too much but i like the kind of mellow look behind my wheels...i was gonna do it yellow...just kidding...but yours look good...except the red suspension..i dont really care for it....but i am wondering if it will hold up

You have a ####ed up analogy for poor mans cars. I can kinda understand a gsx being a poor man's skyline but how the ####in hell is a fwd dsm (could be nt too since fwd) a poor man's supra. Somebody's never ridden in a bpu supra and a fwd eclipse. No comparison whatso ever. More like a mr2 turbo is a poor man's supra.
