Paint on a 1Gb Talon

Does anyone know the actual dealership name for the maroon colored paint of the 1st gens? I need to get a few cans of touchup paint to do my valve cover, but every website I've been to either doesn't go back to 1993, or calls the paint some off-the-wall name. I think one site even called it "bluish-red metallic"... WTF

I know I can get a pint color matched from the paint store... but I was really hoping to get the paint in a spray can.

Okay, after some more searching, it looks real close to the "Bluish Red Pearl Clearcoat" from the 93 Laser. Any chance of it being the same color?

Are you looking for the 1gb color or the 1ga. The 1ga is Black Cherry Metallic Clearcoat (For Example: John Shepherds car), the 1gb is either the Bluish Red Pearl Clearcoat or the Windsor Red Metallic Clearcoat.

, you posted the same link I did... anyway, Eagle isn't listed for 1993, hence my problem.

The paint is real close to Shep's car, but mine is a 1Gb. I'm starting to think that it is the Bluish Red.

Yeah I realized after I checked your link it was the same haha. Sorry about that. I'm fairly sure your right about the coloring though.
