Hey I've searched around and know that the conversion has been done. I have a simple question, when switching to the 1gb headlights, do the light bulb harnesses match up? or do you have to splice anything?? Thanks.

This thread makes me sad on the inside...A conversion to a 1gb tisk tisk..

The harness should be the same, but I gues you'll find out when you get the light assembly's..

I love the 1ga myself, the sleepy eye gets me man...
I'm looking for a 91 talon myself,LOL.. So I can put the gsx away and start the teardown process..

If you're asking if the headlight, signal, and corner light bullbs match connector for connector, then no. I forgot about the 1gb, but the 1ga corner lights use two small wedge bulbs. I think the 1gb corners use only one wedge bulb. For the headlights, the 1gb has two connectors, one for low beam (9006) and the other for high beam (9005). The 1ga has only that one connection for sealed beam headlights (H4666? I forgot). Also, on a 1gb, the signal lights turn on when using the parking lights (unlike our 1gas). You will probably have to do some splicing. Hope this is what you were asking for.
