Pad Suggestions

I got some slotted only rotors F/B. I did a search for suggested pads but didn't find too much info. I was thinking of just doing Mitsu pads from the dealer. Are these good quality pads being OEM and all? Will they work with these slotted rotors? Or do I want to go aftermarket? I really don't want to spend alot on pads. Thanks!

Axxis/PBR Metalmasters should be sufficient. Then again, you didn't tell us what kind of driving you expect to be doing.

May I ask why you got the rotors? If you go with OEM pads you will wear them out quicker than normal. Being non-turbo, you really don't need them. Unless of course you tend to travel 100 mph and see how quickly you can stop, which I doubt. Regular stopping will actually suffer since you're giving the pad less surface area that it actually comes into contact with the rotor constantly.

That said, I agree the add a flashy look, but I don't think it's worth it, personally.

Ya its mainly just for looks. Obviously the cars isn't that fast so I won't be doing any racing. Just daily driving with the occasional perfomance minded drive. Not fast but the car can still be fun to drive.

well i have hawk hps pads, and they work great on my brembos.
