2G P0505 Idle Control Valve?

i have been getting the same code pop up every 5-6 days p0505. i know that it is the idle control valve, but i caqn clear it and it takes a few days to come back. i took it out and the tip was black and somewhat chared. but i cleaned it up and it looked brand new. so i put it back in and then of course the cl poped back up. should i replace it or what i even checked the plug on the icv and they checked out perfect what should i do. and where can i find one for a reasonable price autozone has one for 189.00 that is crazy is there any place cheaper?

Those places listed have much better prices. Thank You. Neither of them have the ISC for 1G DSM. Would you guys know where to get one of those.
