This is for a 1992 GS?
If so, yeah the listings are a little confusing both on official Mitsubishi dealer pages and on Rock Auto.
So there could be something going on here that I don't know about, but this is what I see.

Mitsu calls out an MD628052 for just the GS, not for the GST or GSX, and the listing says "from 5-92".
Mitsu calls out an MD628051 for all 3, the GS, GST, and GSX, and the listing says "to 5-92". But then they show it again for 1993 and 1994. So maybe we need somebody who knows for sure what's going on with the 1992 GS before and after 5-92.

You can buy good aftermarket brands to replace the MD628051 and you would find them on Rock Auto by looking at their listings under the turbo engine 2 liter.

Here:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...,fuel+&+air,idle+air+control+(iac)+valve,6072

That lists 4 brands that should work. The 2 that I'd suggest are the Standard Motor Products AC146 or the WVE 2H1098.
Unfortunately there is only 1 AC146 remaining. Possibly in the whole world. Anyway, either that one or the WVE 2H1098.
I have an AC146 in my car and it's fine. I also at the same time bought a WVE 2H1098 and tested it for a while and it seemed fine too. The 2 cheaper brands they show might be ok but I'd get one of the 2 they show as "Daily Driver".

On this Rock Auto page, pick the "Info" button for whatever item you'd like to read about. On that info page there are pictures, and near the bottom they will list out OEM part numbers that the part is designed to replace, and you'll see our MD628051 part number there.

If you would like to do your own homework on the part numbers per Mitsubishi, here it is.
Here is the MD628052 on Mitsubishi Parts Now:
https://www.mitsubishipartsnow.com/oem-parts/mitsubishi-idle-speed-control-md628052

And here is the MD628051 on Mitsubishi Parts Now:
https://www.mitsubishipartsnow.com/oem-parts/mitsubishi-idle-speed-control-md628051

On both of those pages scroll down and pick "Vehicle Fitment", then pick "... more fitments" to see them all.
