I'm looking into a 99 GST with a few issues. Most I'm familiar with. But it also has a P0505 code (idle air control valve) and a P1105 code (fuel pressure solenoid malfunction). I haven't been to look at the car, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what the common cause for this code is. Does the solenoid go bad commonly, or is it more likely a computer issue? Just need an idea before I assume its a simple fix. If it's plugged in and the vacuum line is there and not damaged, what is the likely issue? It also has a cyl 2 misfire, which could be anything at this point.. but I would compression check.

I updated the original post as you were replying

And no, I haven't looked into it yet. I'm at work and I got tipped off about this car for sale and what codes it has. So hopefully those that know will post some useful information.
