Resolved P0300 & P1400 Faults

So as I was driving normally, my check engine light comes on. I scan the codes and the first one was for a random multiple misfire(p0300) and the second one for my tps sensor. My car still ran fine during this. I cleared the codes and so far they haven't returned. Should I be worried? I recently installed some kelfords 272 cams and redid my timing components. I made sure everything aligned perfectly, but that was over a week ago.

you might try checking all connectors for the coils / tps and other sensors disconnected while changing the cams to make sure its not a loose connection.

I'll double check on that. I also noticed that I keep getting counts of knock and no matter how much I pull timing, I still get it.
