2G P0443 and rough idle

Ok so this started with a water pump install. But long story short i now have code p0443 and the car is very rough at idle but drives fine. i have no idea what is wrong??!!! anyone have any ideas??

Oh at idle the timing jumps around a lot i don't know if that helps.

That code is for evap solenoid failure.

Yep i know but i have no clue why that would come up afteri did the water pump??!!

So i applied 12 v to the solenoid and it clicks ?!?!?!? So idk what to do now also took the evap canister out and inspected it looks good all the vac. lines are good too.
Anyone know what eles may trip the code?
