2G P0325 and P0505 codes. ECU not reading sensors. Maybe a bad ECU?

I have a 97 GS-T with a fresh full rebuild. The car has 502 miles and runs great except at idle. My idle is very eratic and usually elevated.

I have a P0505 code as well as a P0325 (knock sensor malfunction). Knock sensor and IAC valve are both brand new and I have also tried other sensors in their place. The issue doesn't change with different sensors. I have tested continuity on all wires leading from those sensors back to the ECU and all are fine. I have also removed and opened my ECU with no visually noticeable issues (I am aware that this doesn't mean there isn't any).

I am beginning to lean towards the ECU being the issue but wanted to get some input. Also, it is a stock 97 ECU.

Thanks for any help!
