p/s problems

ok i had a motor replaced and before i had it done my p/s belt usta squeal like all the time an break.. now with the new motor it did it for awhile then i tightened the alt belt an it stopped for a bit now its worse than ever an my p/s stops working while going very slow??? plus theres a leak by the water pump (oil not coolant)? is there some reoccuring problems with 2nd gen 4g63ts?

No but some people put the water pump pulleys on backwards which makes the PS pulley not "line up" with it properly and destroys belts. Check the pulley alignment.
