Oxygen Sensor ground Wire

Hello I was poking around underneath my car yesterday and i noticed a weird wire hanging freely by my downpipe. Now, from my findings that is a O2 sensor ground wire. Now....I am assuming that that needs to be reconnected and that that should help my gas mileage a little bit.

Were exactly do i ground that wire to?​

Please advise. I need to ground this O2 Sensor out. Any input is appreciated.
