I wanted to figure out what the signal wire is on my o2 sensor on my 420a 95 sebring. I bought a resistor or w/e to fool the computer into thinking the cat is fine, but i don't know which wire to put it on. It has 2 white 1 gray and 1 black wire.

Don't know about a Sebring but for a DSM:
For 2g:
Harness side: Red (power) and yellow are the heaters (red and yellow/black for rear O2). White is signal and black is signal ground. The connectors are different and have different pins.
Sensor side: Every after market O2 has different color wires. If you have 2 same color wires, they are usually the heaters (go either way - they measure about 12 ohms so you can easily find them even if they are not the same color). The other 2 are the signal and signal ground wires. If one is black it's usually signal ground (so the other is the signal). If that doesn't work reverse them.
