overnite gas fumes ??

I have replaced the FPR, Fuel Filter, injectors, upgraded to a Walbro Fuel Pump,
Removed and or replaced some of the vacumm hoses checked all gaskets.
I have a gas fume smell when the car sets overnite in my garage, not verry strong but the nose can smell it. No leaks or wet lines that I can find.
Possible evap canister ???

Just to toss this out but when you replaced the fuel filter did you make sure to screw the bottom feed line into the fuel filter really tight? The reason I ask is becasue what a PITA mine was to change out and its one of those lines that is hard to see because of its location under the battery.

Yes triple checked all of the lines and fittings. There is a one way check valve on top of the fuel tank which is part of the tank vent system. I went to the parts department at the Mitsu dealer and the Mechanic said that a repair shop said they had the same problem untill they changed the valve. It will not be in till monday so I will see what happens when I change it.

What about injector seals?

Check the fuel pump flange where it drops into the tank . the rubber seal for the flange don't always seal right when you put the new pump in. mine still smells like fuel after it sits over night. even to this day . curse of the AWD just a thought
