1G overheat maybe?

i have a 91 gsx 210,000 miles runs great but i think it over heats. the temp gauge dosent go over normal but when it gets up to temp if you shut the car off and start it back up it sounds like its running on 2 cylinders. if you let it cool down for an hour or two it starts up and runs great again until it gets hot. but as long as the car stays running its fine.

can you give me some ideas.

what do the plugs look like? are they fouled at all?

Bad choice for spark plugs for a turbo car. Do a little research on these and come to your own conclusion. I would suggest either bpr6es or 7es.

They may make your car run like shit if you re-start it once it's warmed up.

They cost too much, they aren't intended for use in supercharged engines, they cost too much, and their primary use is in normally-aspirated engines where the plugs are almost impossible to access.

Get BPR6ES plugs, and a nice new radiator cap for that car.
