2G Slight overheat?

So, I just build up my stock 4g63. The engine has been rebuilt, everything is good as new. When I am idling in traffic, the water gauge just get a little bit higher than usual. Immediately as I start going from a traffic light for example, it comes down.

The water temperature did not get any higher than that.

What should be the problem? There is a problem or it's normal?
Currently, my exhaust headers don't have a heatshield, and I bought some thermic wrap for that. Maybe the heat is dispersed towards the radiator and that's causing the problem. Would it solve this?

Are your radiator fans turning on? Are they stock?

^^^Also make sure that your fans havent melted from running without a heat shield. I developed a leak in the exhaust and turbo manifold gaskets and it was shooting hot air right at the drivers side fan and melted the blades.... twice (because i didnt learn my lesson the first time )

Yes they are working and yes they are stock.

Have you replaced the rad cap, burbed the cooling system, reversed flushed the cooling system with coolant system cleaner, checked/replaced the thermostat?

Sorry for my late answer, but yes, everything is in order and working well. I also added, thermic protective wraps for the exhaust manifold, but it's almost the same when idling.
