overflow or recovery?

hi i am wanting to replace my old discolored factory radiator overflow bottle with a nice smaller colored one from jaz products. they have a 1 quart overflow and a 1 quart recovery. i am confused on which of these two i need?

any help would be great.

Well, from the pictures, you want the "recovery" botttle, due to you wanting some sort or breathing tube/ventilation.
