out of ideas... engine won't run AZ car

ok so i had the engine rebuilt and she hasn't run since.. it has been to many shops and not even the dealership can figure it out... i have been told that the asd relay isn't doing its job of sending the signal to the coil but no one can figure out why or even where the wire is.. is there a good shop in the phx area that i could take it too. the ECU might be at fault but i would hate to replace a 350 dollar ecu to have it fried again...

Where are you located in the valley?

Maybe we could swap ASD relays or something to see if that fixes things. We've got enough members out here that we can find parts. In fact, we've got at least two parts cars available right now.

i thought i was part of your site but it doesn't look familar anymore... i can't register right now.. the site wont let me.. anyways i'm in cottonwood. its north of phx on 17 about an hour or so. my ASD relay is new because i replaced it when my eclipse died on my last roadtrip. ended up not being that but a short in my main wiring harness... i wouldn't be surprised if this is related tho.. if you can just give me a call sometime in the next few days.. im excited to get my car working but it has been a long time since it has... i'll pm you with my number
