1G Options for 1991 AWD Talon Transmission?

Ok guys after 16 years away from DSM's I'm back in the game. I typically bud my cars in reverse of most. I start with the suspension and drivetrain. My question is what are some options to upgrading my AWD trans, transfer case, and rear end? I will have this professionally built so any info and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Car will not be raced it is strictly a street/daily driver. Thanks.
