Hey i just bought my 95 gs-t 2g it has been fully rebuilt. i got the car stock right now i have exhaust 3 inch all the way back, boost gauges was mesuering stock 14'psi's with out touching it. Now i bought a manual boost controller to up the boost but its not working. At first i thought it was the boost controller that was bad, But i took the house of the waste gate to open boost it, and still did not pass 14 psi's. Can someone help me it doesnt spyke anything at all.

Well theres a couple of things we can take a look at to see why this is happening. First off, do you have a real boost gauge or are you looking at the stock on the car, if so get a real one b/c those stock ones are innaccurate. Second do you have an aftermarket or stock bov, if it is stock that will most likely be your problem b/c they tend to start leaking after around 12psi on a 2g. Finally check to see if you have any boost leaks. I highly doubt this may be the reason but check for any shaft play or blue smoke coming out of your exhaust during boosting just in case it is dying on you. Hopefully its not the last one.

I see that you got this one covered. :thumb: Question is, did you solve yours yet?

no not yet but soon to be see i have a 3kgt but i dont have the problem my gs-t is having so i was wondering LOL but this weekend i should have the walbro 255lph and the http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33742&item=7966227917&rd=1
that bov

I was talking to captd108. :p

As for you gst issue, like already mentioned, stock bov, boost leak or a dying turbo. You're on the right track with the bov and fuel pump but I would strongly suggest an afpr if you choose to go with the 255 and a 1g bov instead of the ebay one. Top that off with a thorough pressure test, you should be able to get 16psi out of the T25. Good luck.

so with the first gen what do i do do i just take out the elbow of the 2g and replace it with the 1g or do i have to weld and make a flange. If u can aim me at cubanoutlaw27 thanks.

I'm pretty sure that's how it's done but someone else would have to confirm that as I have never done it before. Sorry I don't have aim.

I would also make sure that you have the boost controller hooked up correctly. I've had numerous situations where I take the boost controller out for some reason and hook it up backwards accidently and wonder what the hell is going on. The adjustment knob should be opposite the side of the pressure source, just so you know :)

no i know i have it right so im just gonna do the bov first

Dsm-t27, for some reason i dont know how youre gonna get that ebay bov to fit or match up onto the intercooler pipe. If i were you i would go with a 1st gen one like previously mentioned if you are looking to save money and get somehting that is proven to work and an easier fit. Good luck

as to oldman no its not fixed yet, im gonna check the boost controller today hopefully and hope that its just that.

Double check your boost controller and make sure its not put on backwards, also make sure that your blow off valve is not leaking because its very cheap to switch over to a 1g bov... or aftermarket bov's arn't that much more either.
