boosting but not past 4600rpm

i just installed a newly cleaned and flow tested 720cc denso injectors and dsmlnk v3 on my car. before that i had the evo8 560cc injectors and just stock ecu with safc, when i ran tht 560cc with safc i would boost from 3500 all the way to 7k rpm, when installed the goodies today, i would start boosting to about 4600rpm and it would stuter like it would like red line and would not past that as in it would go down to about 4k. i thought i just needed more fuel as i was at 1/4 gas and the big injectors would need more Fuel, so i put gas and i still it would cut at 4600rpm every gear, changed my spark plugs too, gapped at.028. let me know if you gusy have any suggestions

no on idle its d same, i will go floor it and it will stay at 4596 rpm like a rev limiter. i was trying to connect my dsm link thru the port, and for some reason it always says "scan failed to find a working connection. i am really stupidly new with dsm link and tuning and basic knowledge in computer. but it feels like the 2 step rev limiter is activated, although im not sure if i have that one, i have the wire that the dsm link came with for the i think 2 step control

sounds like an antilag 2step setting issue to me. I would start by looking at those settings, maybe turn them off to see if there is a difference.

it kinda looks like it but i cant open link to my laptop its always saying scan failed to find a woring connection, im using windows 7, tried every port in my laptop

Just a guess- someone has launch limit or anti-lag enabled at 4500 on Link and your clutch switch is unplugged or defective, so the ECU thinks the clutch is constantly pressed in.

You have no idea what tune is on it?
So your running dsmlink with no way to open the tune

when i bought it at dsm link, i log what injectors iw will use and what maf, and thats it, iwhen i got the chip, hooked it up and tested it and thats when it started just stuttering at 4600rpm, but before that when i had a stock chip and 560cc evo injectors and safc, it will go all the way to redline. i couldnt make the cable to connect to my laptop

So your running 720cc's and can't connect to link to go in and adjust your global fuel settings accordinly. Sounds to me that your running so rich that by 4600 the fuel is blowing out your spark plugs.

Also did you make sure to select the correct platflom in the dsmlink settings. It has options for 1g or 2g. If you don't select the correct one then it will not connect.

You need to download the necessary drivers of the website for your laptop to connect

Make sure when you attempt to connect that you also are connected to the internet. As you will need to download the the latest driver. Key must be turned on.

Is your clutch switch adjusted properly? The one that gets used for cruise control. Link uses that signal for anti lag and launch control. If link thinks you have the clutch pressed even when it isn't then it will run the launch control.
