Oops! That don't go there!

Well here's the deal. My little brother, being the hero he is and trying to finish his gst, was putting his injectors and seals on the car since we just finished a new motor swap/build for him. Well, one of the injectorr seals fell in the head. I haven't looked at it yet due to snow and ungodly low temperatures. What would you guys say I would have to do to fix this? He says it's in there and he can't grab it out. Would I have to remove the head? What's a good way to approach it?

Please, no smart-ass comments. Don't reply if you don't have a clue about this either.

Turn the motor over by hand to get the piston at top dead center and use a vacuum/tweezers/tape on a stick/voodoo/black magic/etc to get the oring.

Just pull the IM off and grab it with some tweezers, its more than likely sitting on top of the valves.

Did it fall in the cylinder or in the intake valve side?

Everything is in the car. Motors in and all. He was then wiring everything back up, well trying, and it fell down the intake side.

Well when I got home, he just took the head off and completely ignored my text about removing the IM and getting it out. Thanks guys.
