I am doing the turbo conversion from N/T on a 94 Eagle Talon FWD, and I just got the downpipe in the mail today, its 3'' and will I have to run a full 3'' system or can it go down to like 2.5'' also it sounds a little extreme for 3'' exhaust to run on a basically stock system except for im having the block and internals done with 6 bolt crank, npr 2g pistons big rods, and possibly an upgraded head with aftermarket cams. Will the 3'' hurt me on power and breathe too much or should i be ok, would like to see some pros and cons if possible, also can you run a cat.

the 3" won't hurt anything. if you want to run a 2.5" catback, you're going to have to make an adapter though. I would just get a 3" catback to go with the downpipe.

I am looking into a 3" turbo back as well.. my setup is mostly stock as well. I'm doing it for the sake of future mods, but worried about boost creep. Any chance or this or will I be fine?

Yes boost creep is always a good possiblity when adding a TBE to a mostly stock car. That can easily be fixed by porting your manifold and o2 housing. Or just upgrading both to better flowing peices.

i would run 2.5in system to make it a little bit safer and no worry about boost creeps.
