Only idles when fully retarded

Ok, so my car only idles when the cam sensor is fully retarded (pushed toward firewall?). The car hasnt run in a year and a half and just got started today. Any gas and she dies. Any ideas? Fuel pressure good, tps off a little, but good enough to idle, gas is new, maf good, CTS and IAT sensors good, etc.

Have you checked your actual engine timing? Line up all the marks, it sounds like it jumped teeth. Do this before you run the car again, if it did jump a few teeth, its close to bending valves...check this first and get back to us.
