Haha where they could showcase all 3 or 4 models. That would he a small museum. These aren't corvettes, porches, or beemers. Not much history in a short lived mitsubishi rebadge. I heart my DSM but I don't make it out to be anything glorious.

Never heard of the car but Im glad I read about it. Its rare and its a keeper for sure...hell theres a clean unmodded 1G on ebay right now in the 6k range so it goes to show the value of an unmolested 1G can bring in some $$

If you do any modifications to if for some unknown reason, just make sure you keep the stock parts in a box. And make sure it's all reversible. Someone will eventually really want that car.

Too late. He went to best buy for them to install a stereo and amp. The tech at Best buy bolted the amp fuse bock right on top of the data plate. Drilled THROUGH it in fact.

If you can't take enough pride in a DSM to DO IT YOUR DAMN SELF then you shouldn't own one let alone the coolest one ever made. 2nd if your a stupid shit working at best you should learn to not ####ing #### up the plate.... it is like the DSM's wang... I sure don't want someone punch a hole in my wang when I go surgery done.

Its not drilled into the vin plate. The fuse box is drilled near the vin plate, into the firewall, but not into the vin plate.

Thank god. I still can't respect a man who takes a car to best buy for a stereo install. You might as well do it your self even if you have no clue what it is you are doing. Taking a car to them for a stereo installation is like taking it it jiffylube to have piston's re-ringed. I had one of their "techs" tell me not to buy the install connector because they can just cut and hardwire it for me and I told him to go to hell because I was doing it myself before I let them cut my factory wiring harness.

They also use cheap connectors. I can not tell you how many shoddy installs I have fixed from best buy. I can say they do sometimes get stuff right though. Rarely.
