Rare car. I would let it sit and wouldn't drive it. Even though 51,000 is really low. There are DSMs out there with 6,000 miles on them.

That is an amazing car beautiful any dsm/mitsu enthusiast would love to have it but its a huge burden to bare keeping the car in mint condition.

It need to be put in a car museum and taken car of for many to enjoy for years to come.
