once again another oil feed line question

Ok so I have a ported and polished 14b turbo on my 2g. I have searched and searched and searched for the right answer. I have been getting different things so I am here to get the straight forward answer. I have a ss oil feed line from the OFH. I heard that with a stock mitsu turbo you dont want to run the line from the OFH because of to high of pressure. Now I also read that you want it from the head. Now here's my main problem I read once again that you want it from the OFH because it gets filtered oil sooner opposed to getting it from the head because its already passed through the motor then to the turbo. I do have my b/s removed. If I do end up going from the head where can I get the bango fitting from?

Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

And I did search this I just couldn't get any thing straight forward.

Just add a restrictor and keep the feed at the filter housing and you should be fine.

Does it matter what size restrictor? I found this on ebay.

Then also under this listing are the same things but one says d6 then a d3 and a d1. Does this mean any thing?
