I recently had a spring crack in my act 2600 clutch. My pressure plate looks good. The clutch even looks good but i had a spring failure. I would like to replace the street disc. But i read some have had issues with the older style act 2600 pp. Forks hitting the springs i guess? The build date on the pp and clutch disc is in 2003. Can someone recommend me a good clutch street disc that is compatible. Thanks in Advance.

If it bothers you that much just get a new pressure plate. You asked if anyone had runs a newer disk on an older pressure plate. I knew what you meant. I have the flat fingers on the pressure plate. I also happened to also replace all other items there as well such as fork, pivot ball, and throwout bearing.

Sorry, Lol. Just trying my best to make sure it works. Thanks For your help bro.

For what it's worth, I also run the older style pressure plate with the new ACT-3000303 disc. I haven't had any issues, you won't either.
