Old School FP Red 22psi on Built 2.3 Airflow GM/S #'s Low?

This was a 2nd gear pull and I'm not sure if the Airflow #'s are low for 22psi on the FP RED? 258.4 gm/s.
The car dyno'd 430whp at 22psi at it's current setup.

That would be about 34lbs/min, which seems very low. I'm 2.0L and I make 25psi by 4200rpm on my old school red so you definitely have an issue there somewhere.
