Oil Return Pipe to the Turbo

I've just run into a major problem. When installing the oil return pipe to the Turbo (not the oil pan) the damn screws broke Off all the way inside the holes on the actual turbo, so now its impossible to reconnect the oil return pipe. Only suggestion I can think of is to remove the entire turbo again and re-drill the holes. Does anyone have any other options or ideas?? All i need to do is connect the oil pipe to the oil pan.

Before you pull the turbo off the car, try to get up in there with an 1/8" left-handed drill bit. Unless the bolts were somehow cross-threaded, there's a good chance the left-handed bit will bite the bolt and back it right out.
 
I believe the torque rating on those bolts is only 5-7 lbs. That's hand-tight. They're also aluminum bolts so you should always replace them - says the guy that re-used his twice.

The back one looks like you can grab it with pliers and turn it.

The front one is close enough to the surface that you might be able to use a punch and small hammer to tap-tap-tap-tappity-tap it in the "Loosey" direction and work it out without removing the turbo. Aluminum bolts are soft, but if you have or can make an edge for the punch, it should work.
 
Agree that the top one looks like it can be taken out with a pair of pliers. If you drill it out and mess it up, you can always put in a helicoil to replace the threads. I would pull the turbo out to work on it. I would also look into a braided line with AN fittings, you can bolt those on, and then they have a part that screws into it, so you never have to take that off again, just the hose part. Ex: mine...

Since when were those bolts aluminum? 0.o
I agree, a hammer/chisel combo should get them out, they aren't rusted in there as if you were removing the turbo.
Put some tape on both open holes so you can't get anything in there.
