so i just finished my 14b install and everything is on ready to go except my oil return line to the oil pan, now im using the stock 2g one which is kinda a no brainer because the 1g line is shorter but im not sure what to use to get the holes to line up. any ideas ive heard a file but i currently dont have any

I just intalled one on my 2g last weekend I ran into the same problem I was lucky and had a drain tube from my old 1g gsx. I just used that one.

You could use a drill or file to elongate the hoes to fit the 14b or just get the correct drain tube.

Drill, file, dremel porting bit. Take your pick.

File the holes closer together. Basically you're making a round hole into a slotted hole so the bolts can go into the bottom of the turbo. Or, like mentioned, get a 1g drain line. They're not terribly expensive.

haha problem solved everyone thanks for the replies i found my 1g tube in my toolbox and put it on in about 5 minutes LOL....dsm is all done:hellyeah: time to put oil and coolant back in it tomorrow jump start her and take her for a spin with the 14b and punishment racing fmic kit :rocks:
