Ok, searched a bit but the threads didn't bring up my little situation

I swapped to a 14b and used the 1g oil return line. I hooked up the return line to the turbo and I could barely get the line to reach the oil pan.

After some manuvering I got it, put the gasket from extreme psi on, and tightened two 10mm hex bolts in. Now it's leaking not through the threads, but from the feed drain.

I'm thinking about rtv'ng it or something. And one of the bolts won't come out now, just spins freely. :notgood:

I could use some help....

Sounds like you cross threaded and stripped one of the bolts. You'll need to take it out and possible rethread to use a slightly larger bolt.

Also be sure there are no bits of the old gasket stuck on either surface.

These things seem to be notorious for leaks. When I swapped from a T-25 to a 14b, I kept getting oil leaks with the oil return hardware supplied by the vendor. I removed that and instead tried to use a 1G oil return line but that wouldn't quite fit. I eventually hacked off the middle part and clamped a piece of 5/8" hose between the two ends and haven't had any leaks since. Also used some thread sealer as well.

You know I was actually thinking that.. As of right now I got desperate for a quick fix so I used quicksteel on the bottom of the feedline. No leaks yet! :p

I bought the stainless return line pre cut from sbr for a hundred bucks its really a nice unit check it out on slowboys web site
