So im gonna be setting up my turbo in the front bumper in a forewrd facing style. Getting the turbo to set under the headlight means the turbo sits low. If i come right off the turbo with a 90* -10 fitting, and went to the oil return in the pan, it would be a very slight down hill drain. Im worried this wont be acceptable...any input?

Definitely not going to drain enough oil to keep a journal bearing turbo alive. Most of the time when I see turbos mounted in strange places like this they're always ball bearing units, which need very little oil....this thing is going to need to drain a heap of oil at wide-open throttle, and gravity alone with your setup just isn't going to cut it.

You'll probably need to put some sort of pump in the return line.

I would look at the guys running the STS systems on vette's and f- body's. They run return pumps.

Have you thought about moving it up beside the headlight. Here is how we are running mine

Yeah, i saw yours...i have a little more headlight since im running a 1Gb car and didnt really wanna whack up my core support like you had to do. ###### gonna end up doing just a top mount. Dont feel like spending $400 or $500 on a pump.

That's true. Can't blame you for not wanting to cut up the core support. Don't know how many options you have without doing at least a little cutting.
