420A Oil pump psi stamp

Looks to me like it says 1/11/99 80 psi on my oil pump. Can't seem to differ the rest on the cast. Does anyone know what this is. Maybe replacement part.
It came off my 420a 99 eclipse gs whilst tearing down for a rebuild.

Melling oil pumps used to be the oil pumps to get. I'm sure they're still just as good:
