so i got an oil pressure guage kit that taps into the ofh, a mechanical one that i got outta my tool box, my question is if im checking the oil pressure at the turbo how do i tap into it without a "T" fitting?? i cant seem to find any taps here locally at the parts store. how do u guys check the pressure?? im need to check soon so i can order some restrictors. thanks

Is your turbo fed from the OFH? If so, run a T fitting from where it's being pulled from. If it's from the head, you'll need to use a T.

yes it from the ofh, however my kit has no t fittings and could not find any at the parts store. i can check it off the pressure switch hole on the split but cannot confirm pressure at the turbo line.

i need to find a female -4an a male -4an and a port that has same pitch as oil pressure switch.

Go to lowes/home depot, Ace, etc and get a T fitting and some teflon tape.

pieced it together for about $10. now i just gotta install and see what restrictor i need. thanks

also i should check it closest to the turbo not the housing right???
