Unscrew it from the oil filter housing. Get some Brake Parts cleaner and spray into the tiny hole that is in the end that screws into the OFH. Try to get any old gunk out of it. It doesn't look new, is it used? A new sensor may be in order. It will not loose any oil when you unscrew it (maybe a few drops), but don't run the motor with it out of course.
Hanging sensors off of the housing is something I don't do. I remotely mount them so there is no chance of it vibrating loose or worse yet, breaking off. We have had that happen. I run a -4an line to my sensor. Just letting you know about things that have happened, not that they will.

How can I order the right replacement part like what size just to make sure I ll get the right one

Is it 1/8 NPT male thread? Thank for the help, will wd40 work to clean the inside too?

The OFH has BSPT threads in it. Once you put a SAE thread in it, it is goofed up for life. FInd a BSPT to AN or SAE adaptor and save those threads in the OFH.
