has any one bought this? and does it work, I promised my self not to buy any more crappy obx stuff.. nothing ever fits right.. Just wondering.. Oh and i did search this for about an hr and couldnt find any thing about it

No... the question has been asked before; so please do a little searching next time.

The Neon exhaust, and engine mounting configuration is different than ours. This oil pan will interefere with the routing of the downpipe and crossmember.
