I have a 95 eclipse gsx. After every drive I have oil on my valve cover. At first I thought it was the oil cap, so I replaced it. Went out for a drive again and there it is. There is no oil in the coolant. I've checked, it's still plenty green. So I don't think it's a head gasket. There is no oil under my car. I'm lost now.

Could be a hairline crack causing the leak or bad valve cover gasket. Check that out and report back.

+1 to DSMj89.

I'm assuming its collecting in the spark plug well? You more than likely have a hairline crack across a bolt hole in the spark plug well from over torquing the VC bolts. Pull the bolts and check with a flash light, you'll find where its leaking. If your desperate enough and don't care about what it looks like JB Weld will do the trick if you clean the surface good.

Good News:
Found where the leak is coming from. It's a crack on the head gasket from bolt being over torqued as you can see in the picture.
Bad News:
Right after I found the crack my engine started shaking and misfiring. I went out and got all new spark plugs and spark plug wires.

I have the same issue, but I believe mine is coming from my oil cap. The VC gasket is known bad, so it could be seeping through the bolts, too. For people in the future, don't rule out the oil cap.

Yes valve cover, I don't know why I was thinking head gasket. I know the VC gasket is probably bad too. I just got a new oil cap but it is still leaking from there as well. I'm going to get another oil cap and take the gasket out of the new one and double up on the oil cap gasket. I'll see how it goes. I took the car into the shop for a new VC and gasket. I'm getting the oil, oil filter, coolant, suspension, and tire alignment done while it's there. Haven't got a quote yet.
