I have a leak coming out of the transmission side of my block. I figured out that it was some oil passage that runs from the motor. Is there something that is supposed to block it off. I know i'm not giving such a great description, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your description is a little vague but it does sound like it could be the oil feed line as mentioned. Was it recently removed for any reason? If so were the copper cruch washers replaced? You can try tightening the banjo bolt a little, but be careful as they are easy to shear at the location of the oil passage hole if over torqued.

If the oil is coming from lower on the block it could be your rear main seal but you seem to be describing something higher up on the head if I am understanding you.

Is it like this? Does it collect and want to drip on the block side near the turbo?

If it's like this I'll elaborate, I don't wanna steal your post...

Well mines like that, what would that be? Valve cover gasket? Headgasket? I have a lot of oil underneath the timing belt area too and its caking up my oil pan...

Is it obvious where the oil is coming from? If not, clean up the oily area as much as you can and check after driving to see where its coming from.

It could be coming from one of the passenger-side exhaust manifold studs. The stud hole in the head threads into an oil passage. I forget exactly which one it is, but you could search this forum for it; I've read a few threads related to it atleast. It's either the top or bottom stud hole on the passenger side as I recall. If the stud is loose, it could leak.

Could also be the VC gasket or a number of others. I don't know about the GT35 oil plumbing (wouldn't mind having first-hand experience, though ;)).

Without more info, everyone (including me) is just guessing.

I figured out what it is. There is a oil passage that actually can't be seen unless the transmission and transmission plate are pulled away from the block slightly. It is blocked off by one of those same things that you use to block off a unused port in an afpr. I guess the machine shop took it out when they were magnufluxing my block and forgot to put it back in. They didn't even give the piece back to me, but I just took the one out of my blown 7 bolt motor. Thanks for the help anyways guys.
