How long do I have to use the non detergent oil? can I switch at 100 or 3000 miles?

20miles = Brad Penn SAE 30 ND
50miles = Brad Penn SAE 30 ND
100miles = non detergent 5w30
200miles = non detergent 5w30
3000miles = regular 5w30

Also how does the oil change period look?

i've seen some members recommend oil with a lot of zinc,
But if you go the motorman way, be sure to remember, you have only 20 or so minutes to before the rings become sealed to the walls.

I looked and could not really find an Answer, someone else will have to let you know there.
Sorry and Good Luck!

Okay I will use 5w30 but when should I make the switch from the non detergent to detergent? Like after how many miles>?

As for tolerances I just remember they were within spec. I had it written somewhere but who knows what happened to it.
