I had my BB35r off and set aside for about a year..Just put it back on and all was fine for about a week..I had the intake pipe off a couple times and saw no problems and no excessive shaft play..I took the intake off today and there is oil just outside the comp. wheel and inside my coupler. The wheel clearance is the same, no rubbing.. There are no lines feeding this intake pipe....
Is my BB center leaking ? Is this fixable or is this turbo done ? Its a precision turbo and at least 4 years old...

Do you have any PCV lines routed to the intake? I find it hard to imagine oil would travel backward in the intake system with as much inward airflow as there would be coming toward the compressor wheel.

Where is your oil feed sourced? Restricted? How large is the drain? Any kinks in the drain?

There is an issue with the FP oil drain, it seemed to have shrunk some since the turbo was on last..It was stretched as I tightened up the screws to the turbo..Maybe the center is collapsed ?

Highly likely. I don't like rubber drains at all.

A 1G oil drain will bolt right up to a GT center housing as long as the placement of the turbo is similar to the stock location....1G drains don't give you much flexibility. You can also use a 2G drain and slot the upper holes for better flexibility.
