Odd sized exhaust manifold studs?

So while in the process of dropping the exhaust manifold I noticed the two studs (circled in red above) are a different size than the others( larger, actually matching the turbo-mani bolts). I intend to replace them all but was curious if this was a result of the previous owner or some feature I didn't notice on my other dsm's

Thats normal on a 2g dsm,all 93-99 dsm came with that feature,I recommend getting studs from www.ssstuds.com

Completely normal.


The intake manifold uses the same "combo" but with bolts instead of studs.
