2G Odd Hesitation from 1600-3000rpm

Background on the Car, its a 95 Talon TSi Turbo with 95k miles and is stock. I bought the car with an oil/coolant leak, a bad front O2 and a tiny crack in the exhaust manifold, I have replaced the O2 and coolant line, done an oil change, plugs and wires.

The car ran great after but shortly after developed a random hesitation from 1600-3000rpm in 2nd and 3rd, it seems to only do it when its on the cooler side out ( under 65 degrees) and both on cold an warm engine. it still builds boost and doesn't sound like a miss. I did a boost leak test and didn't find any leaks. I have also pulled the ecu an checked for bad caps, all looked good. I have spent the last 2 weeks I have searched and searched an haven't found an issue like this on the site. Hopefully one of you can help

Have you tried logging the car?

Sometimes a hung open egr valve can cause lower rpm stumbles.

sorry for the delay, been super busy. I have no current way to log the car, and as far as the egr to test it its simply putting vacuum to it right? Also I have noticed that my heater only blows slightly heated air, would the thermo not be opeing up causing the hesitation an the heater not to work ?

So I replaced the MAF on the car and it ran better because of it or so I thought. Turns out that when I reset the ECU and its learning the MAP it doesn't hesitate but once you put 60 or so miles on it and it starts setting up the MAP it starts to slowly hesitate and the hesitation gets worse, I had already taken the ecu out an checked for bad caps but didn't see any. I'm completely lost., If anyone can help that would be great
