o2 sensor problem

My CEL keeps going on for an o2 sensor circuit problem...I hooked it up to a Snap-On scanner from my work..ill clear the codes but they would eventually come back on..i replaced it once thinkin that itll fix it but it didnt. on sat i replaced it again as a defected part and it came on within 30 miles..what the hell is it? it seems like the car dumps fuel sometimes from taking off from idle cuz ill give it full throttle and it wont go n e where until it gets up to about 1500-2000 rpms...any ideas?

Check the wires to the O2 sensor.

the wires that i plug the sensor onto? i already did...anything else?? i went on today as well
