Not sure if this is 'custom fabrication' enough... just drill and tap work.
NT thermostat housing, bead blasted and painted. Sensors relocated to the rear, ECU coolant temp needs a 3/8 female x 1/4 male adapter to keep the heater core connection. Thanks to EclipseOwner95 for the idea.
